Let's add in group one more line "L4" and insert into it service "Speed".
It will allow supervising downloading speed of "active" clients so that they could not load a liaison channel on maximum.
Moving the sliders located on the right of charts, it is possible to expose separately the maximal speed of traffic from the client and from the server accordingly.

If we bring the slider to the top mark, the scale will dynamically change. |
In selector "Clients" it is necessary to specify, to whom exactly this limitation will be applied.
