1.13 Dialup to the provider

With the help of service "Dial" it is possible automatically establish network connection if at the moment of opening the document, connection with the Internet was absent. For this purpose it is necessary to specify a command rasdial with the indication of network connection name which is used for connection to the provider, and also login and password.
